Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the influence of workload on job satisfaction by mediating work stress at the Nusawungu One and Two Health Centers . This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire with a total of 118 respondents to employees of the Nusawungu Health Center one and two . The sampling technique used is saturated technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, instrument test, classic assumption test, data analysis test, model suitability test hypothesis and sobel test . The results of the study show that workload has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, workload has a positive and insignificant effect on work stress, compensation has a significant negative effect on job stress, work stress has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, Job stress cannot mediate the effect of workload on job satisfaction, and stress can mediate the effect of compensation on job satisfaction.
