This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of employees of SL Corp. Purwokerto. The sample used in this study were employees of SL Corp. Purwokerto as many as 150 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The analysis used is the F test, t test and adjusted R2.
The results of this study based on the F test stated that leadership, organizational culture and work discipline had a simultaneous effect on employee performance. Based on the t test obtained; leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test 2 adjusted R2. shows the magnitude of the influence of leadership, organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance by 55.4%, while the remaining 44.6% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
