This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, ease of use, security and service quality on the actual use of accounting information systems. The sampling technique uses the accidental sampling method with a total sample of 100 respondents who are BRI mobile banking users student at Muhammadiyah University, Purwokerto. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Last Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness, ease of use and safety have no effect on actual use. Service quality has a positive effect on actual usage.
