The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style,
work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sabda Alam
Prima Nusa Majenang employees. This type of research is quantitative, the
sample used in this study is 100 respondents using census techniques. The data
analysis techniques used in this research are instrument test, descriptive statistics,
classical assumption test, data analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the test
results, the results show that: (1) Leadership style, work motivation and work
discipline simultaneously affect employee performance. (2) Leadership style
partially does not affect employee performance. (3) Work motivation partially has
a significant positive effect on employee performance. (4) Work discipline
partially does not affect employee performance.
