This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of capital structure, profitability and firm size on firm value with managerial ownership as a moderating variable in manufacturing industry companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period of 194 companies. Sampling using the method purposive sampling. The samples used were 29 companies. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, and absolute difference test. The results of this study indicate that capital structure has a negative effect on firm value, profitability has a positive effect on firm value, firm size has a positive effect on firm value, managerial ownership is able to moderate the effect of capital structure on firm value, managerial ownership is able to moderate the effect of profitability on firm value and ownership managerial ability to moderate the effect of firm size on firm value.
