This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of firm size, uniwueness, tangibility and liquidity on the capital structure and profitability of the company. The population in this study are consumer goods sector companies listed sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on 2019-2021 period, totaling 63 companies. The sampling technique was carried out using a purposive sampling technique which obtained the results of a research sample of 96 data. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the first regression test show that company size, uniqueness and tangibility have no significant positive effect on capital structure, liquidity has a significant negative effect on capital structure. The results of the second equation regression test show that firm size has no significant positive effect on profitability, uniqueness and tangibility have a significant negative effect on profitability, liquidity has no significant negative effect on profitability.
