Abstract
This study aims to prove the effect of motivation, organisational commitment, work environment and career development on employee performance. The population of this study were employees of the Banyumas Regency Health Office. This study applies a quantitative approach method, and uses a sample of 114 employees (respondents) obtained using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in data collection is a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale measurement and the type of data in this study uses primary data collection. The data obtained is processed using classical assumption testing, hypotheses, and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS analysis tool. Partially, the results of this study prove that there is no significant positive effect between the variables of Organisational Commitment and Work Environment on employee performance behaviour, while the variables of Motivation and Career Development have a significant positive effect on employee performance behaviour. Based on this research, to improve employee performance, it is necessary to pay attention to Motivation and pay attention to Career Development.
