This study aimed to examine the effect of service quality, trust,
commitment and satisfaction on customer loyalty in Koperasi
Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Sedar Mandiraja members. The population
of this study were members of KPS Sedar Mandiraja. This study
applied a quantitative approach method. The sample used in this
study were 100 respondents obtained by non-probability sampling
with purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in data
collection was a questionnaire of 5-points Likert scale
measurement and the type of data in study used primary data
collection. The data obtained was processed by multiple liner
regression analysis. Partially the results of this study indicated that
service quality has no significant positive effect on customer
loyalty, while trust, commitment and satisfaction have a significant
positive effect on customer loyalty.
