The UMP KKN SIM website is a management information system that is used to manage the implementation of KKN activities on campus. The SIM KKN website makes it easy for students to administer KKN activities, such as registration, viewing information, viewing the placement of KKN activities, and also filling out individual and group daily online logbooks. The KKN SIM website, on the other hand, still has shortcomings that are felt by users, namely students, namely complaining about problems with the appearance of the KKN SIM website when filling out individual and group daily activities and also students complaining about the website going down in the morning and the font display being too small. The purpose of this study was to measure the quality level of user experience for the services provided by the UMP KKN SIM website and find out what the highest and lowest UEQ scales are on the UMP KKN SIM website. The method used in this study uses a method called UEQ which has 6 aspects namely attractiveness, clarity (perspicuity), efficiency (efficiency), accuracy (dependability), stimulation (stimulation), novelty to 100 respondents as a sample with a population of 4357 students who have participated in KKN activities at UMP in the last two years starting before April 2022 with 4 periods covering August 2020, January 2021, August 2022, January 2022. The results of this study are known SIM KKN website UMP gets a neutral evaluation score (average value from -0.8 – 0.8) on all variables, which means the UMP KKN SIM website is feasible to use but needs to be improved for all variables, including aspects of attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, precision, stimulation, novelty.
