Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the effect of work environment, career development and organizational citizenship behavior towards the performance of employees of PT BPR BKK Kebumen (Perseroda). Sampling was conducted using incidental sampling methods through the distribution of questionnaires. A total of 115 employees were used as the sample. The analysis technique used in this research is Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the work environment, career development and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination R2 adjusted is 58.7%.
