This study aims to determine the effect of communication, work discipline and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of the Public Works Department of Banyumas Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of the Banyumas Regency Public Works Office, totaling 158 employees. The sample in this study was using a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique. The data obtained from distributing questionnaires was 158. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the test results, the results are obtained: (1) Communication, work discipline and work environment simultaneously affect employee job satisfaction. (2) Communication partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (4) Work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
