This study aimed to analyze and examine the effect of institutional
ownership, independent commissioners, board of directors, return on equity, and
company size on stock prices. The sample selection was carried out using a
purposive sampling technique. Based on the criteria obtained 142 companies with
a total sample of 284. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics,
classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, model feasibility test, and
hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that institutional ownership has
no positive and not significant effect. On stock prices, independent commissioners
have a positive and significanteffect on stock prices, the board of directors has a
positive and not significant effecton stock prices, return on equity has no positive
and significant effect on stock prices, and the size of the company has a positive
and significant effect on stock prices.
