Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work discpline, and work motivation on the performance of village officials in Susukan District, Banjarnegara Regency. This type of research is quantitative. Sampling used Proportionate Random Sampling to determine the number of samples for each village, and determining the sample using accidental sampling. The research instrument used questionnaire data. The sample used was 177 village officials. The analytical technique used in this research is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results showed that the calculated F value (35.062) > F table (2,68). This means that organizational commitment, work discipline, and work motivation simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the performance of village officials, value t count (4,772) > t table (1,65754). This means that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials, value t count (3,889) > t table (1,65754). This means that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials, value t count (4,296) > t table (1,65754). This means that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials,
