Abstract

This is a type of qualitative research. This research is intended to provide an overview of the problems faced by teachers in carrying out online learning using Moodle. This research was conducted at SD UMP. The study was
carried out in June 2022. The subjects and objects of this research were school principals,several high-gradeteachers (4,5,6), and student representatives. The findings of this study demonstrate that online learning at SD
UMP is a new innovation. For teachers and student parents, this is a challenge. The teacher innovates learning bydelivering virtual face-to-face learning using the Google Meet application, particularly when utilizing Moodle for
online instruction. This helps the students better understand the topic by conducting perception exercises beforelessons begin. However, some parents of students do not understand that Moodle might be challenging for
teachers to use. Based on the findings of teacher and student interviews, it is evident that online learning initiallyinvolves a lot of work, such as modifying old habits, device use that must be shared with parents, signal limitations, quotas, etc. Keywords: Online Learning, Moodle, Teacher's Readiness.
