Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, work environment, leadership style, and organizational culture on employee morale at PT. BPR BKK Kebumen (Perseroda), either jointly or individually. This research is a survey research with respondents 73 employees of PT. BPR BKK Kebumen (Perseroda). The data collection uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, while the data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis (t test and F test), which previously tested classical assumptions in the form of normality, multicollinearity, and heterocedasticity tests. After analyzing the data, it is concluded that compensation, motivation, work environment, leadership style, and organizational culture simultaneously affect employee morale at PT. BPR BKK Kebumen (Perseroda), either jointly or individually.
