Abstract

This study aims to prove The Effect of Media Exposure, Consumer Proximity, Company Size, Board of Commissioners Size, and Institutional Ownership on Disclosure Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure empirically. The population used is the Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 70 companies that met the criteria. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression. This study's results indicate that Media Exposure does not affect the Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. Meanwhile, the variables of Consumer Proximity, Company Size, Board of Commissioners Size, and Institutional Ownership positively affect corporate social responsibility disclosure.
