The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of company growth, capital structure, profitability and company size on firm value. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study are all Food and Beverage Sub-Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. The method used for sampling is purposive sampling and obtained as many as 11 Food and Beverage companies within a period of 5 years so that 55 observation samples were obtained. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 20 application. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Company growth has a negative and significant effect on firm value, 2) Capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value, 3 ) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and 4) firm size has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value.
