Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image, Corporate Image and Relationship Marketing on Customer Loyalty. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling that generated 110 respondents. The analytical technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the partial test, the results showed that Brand Image and Relationship Marketing have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. In contrast, Corporate Image has no positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The simultaneous test showed that Brand Image, Corporate Image, and Relationship Marketing affect Customer Loyalty.
