The purpose of this research was to determined the effect of self-efficacy, internal locus of control, external locus of control and job characteristics of employee performance at Perumda Tirta Satria Banyumas. The sample of this research is the employees of Perumda Tirta Satria Banyumas, amounting to 115 employees using a saturated sampling technique and data obtained from respondents using a research instrument using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variable self-efficacy, internal locus of control, external locus of control, and job characteristics simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The analysis test results show that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Still, the internal locus of control has no significant effect on employee performance, and the external locus of control has no significant effect on employee performance.
