Abstract

Background: Hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure of 130 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of more than 80 mmHg on two measurements with an interval of five minutes in a calm state. Hypertension cases in Banjarnegara were included in the top 10 diseases, one of which was at the Sigaluh District Health Center in 2018 it was found that there were 1,729 cases of hypertension with patients participating in the Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis). This study aims to determine the evaluation of the use of antihypertensive drugs in patients with the Chronic Disease Management Program at the Sigaluh Health Center for the 2021 Period. Methods: This type of research is a type of categorical descriptive research. This research will be conducted at the Sigaluh Health Center. This study was conducted from January to April 2021. The population in this study were patients with hypertension who participated in the Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) who met the inclusion criteria. Sampling was done by total sampling technique and obtained a sample of 30 people. Univariate data were analyzed and presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. Results: from 30 patients, the results were female (66.6%), the highest age was 56-65 (50%), accompanied by diabetes (33.33%), prehypertension patients (13.33%), stage 1 hypertension (53%). ,33%), satdium 2 (26.66%), accuracy of indication (73.33%), patient accuracy (100%), drug accuracy (73.33%), single drug administration (100%), dose accuracy (100%), decreased blood pressure (60%). Conclusion: From the results of the study, most of them were female, aged 56-65 years, dominated by hypertension stage 1 and 2, with problems with the accuracy of indications as well as drugs that made rationality not optimal so that it affected the success of therapy with only 60% achieved.
