One resource of regional finance that has received sufficient attention is regional retribution. From several existing levies, building levy income is one of the levies that play a role in receiving Banjarnegara Regency Local Revenue. Retribution for building permits is a permit given by the government to individuals or agencies to prepare a building. Licensing procedures and building permit retribution income at the Department of human resources and Transmigration PMPTSP Banjarnegara have been implemented following regional regulation number 6 of 2011 and following the public service standard Banjarnegara Regency Building Permits. But in reality, there are still some obstacles, this results in the recording of IMB income only using a computer system, for that there must be a special manual income agenda book, besides that there is no storage number and file recording so that when the search takes too long, and payments IMB retribution is currently still using one bank.
