Abstract

This study aims analiyze the effect of organizational commitment on work-life
balance relationship on nurse loyalty at Ananda Purwokerto Hospital. the research
population in this study was all nurses at Ananda Purwokerto Hospital. The
research sample was nurses at Ananda Purwokerto Hospital totaling 105
employes. The sampling methods in this study used saturades samples. Data
analyze technique used Goodness of Fit test (F), t test, sobel test and
determination coefficient test (R2). Based on goodnes of fit test (f) result model 1
and model 2 have met the model fit test. the result of the t test research concluded;
(a) work-life balance has partially significant effect on the organizational
commitment. (b) work-life balance has partially significant effect on the nurse
loyalty. (c) organizational commitment has partially significant effect on the nurse
loyalty. the result of Sobel test concluded that organizational commitment was
able to mediate work-life balance on the nurse loyalty. determination coefficient
test (R2) model 1 shows R-square value the effect of work- life balance on the
nurse loyalty is 44,3%. on determination coefficient test (R2) model 2 shows r
square value the effect work-life balance on the organizational commitment is
55,6%
