Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the independent variables
of training, work discipline, and organizational culture on employee
performance. The population in this study were employees of the
production division of PT Laksana Kurnia Mandiri Sejati Tegal. The
sample were 109 respondents taken with accidental sampling data
collection techniques. The data analysis technique was multiple linear
regression analysis.
The results of data analysis concluded that training has a positive
and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a
positive and significant effect on employee performance, and
organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test (R2), the
percentage of training, work discipline, and organizational culture on
employee performance is 25.5%.
