This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Motivation and Organizational Climate on the performance of Banyumas District Education Office Employees. This population is all permanent employees totaling 142 employees. The sample in this study were 104 employees using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used the F test, T test and adjusted R2.
The results of this study with the F test stated that the leadership style, motivation and organizational climate had a significant effect. Based on the t test obtained ; (a) Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. (b) Motivation has no effect on employee performance. (c) Organizational climate has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test R2 shows the influence of leadership style, motivation and organizational climate on employee performance of 98.7%.
