Abstract

This study aims to determine; the influence of human relations, work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Health Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) Purwokerto Branch. The population in this study were all employees of the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) Health Purwokerto Branch totaling 110. Sampling in this study used a quantitative method with a saturated sample technique or a census with a sample of 110 respondents. Data obtained from respondents with research instruments using a google form questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that Human Relations, Work Environment and Work Motivation have a significant positive effect on employee performance. However, when partially tested, the work environment has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, human relations and work motivation have a positive and significant effect.
