The management of regional financial reports at the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely the Population and Civil Registry Office of Purbalingga, is an obligation mandated by Purbalingga Regent Regulation number 99 of 2021 concerning systems and procedures for managing regional finances in Purbalingga district. There are still obstacles faced by field operators regarding reconsiliation which still uses a manual system, causing delays in the process of making financial reports. The author will try to use an online-based SAI report reconciliation system using the SIMDA application to finance (the Purbalingga local government management information system). In this study, the author used data collection techniques that include observation, interviewsand literature study. Meanwhile, to develop the system the author uses a unit price system, but in this design the data sources have not been taken directly from the data mentioned above. For further research, we hope to be able to directly connect to the Purbalingga SIMDA application database to further speed up the data import process.
