The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, training and work stress on the performance of nurses at RSU Dadi Keluarga Purwokerto. The sample selection in this study was carried out with a saturated sample of 116 nurses. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive assumption instrument test, multiple regression analysis, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that work discipline, training anda work stress simulataneously affect nurse performance (1), work discipline hass a positive and significant effect on nurse performance (2), training has no positive and significant effect on nurse performance (3), and work stress does not negative effect on nurse performance (4).
