The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, dividend policy, and leverage on firm value with firm size as a moderating variable. The population in this study is a property company, real estate, and building construction listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2017 to 2020 as many as 91 companies. The data in this study were obtained from the company's annual report. The data collection method used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study were 15 companies. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, absolute difference test, model fit test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that profitability and leverage have a positive effect on firm value, dividend policy does not have a positive effect on firm value. While the size of the company is not able to moderate the effect of profitability, dividend policy, and leverage on firm value.
