This study aims to analyze the effect of coordination, communication, and work
ability on the performance of the employees of the Dadi Family General Hospital
in Purwokerto. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this
study were employees of the Dadi Family General Hospital in Purwokerto totaling
422 employees, the sampling in this study was using a non- probability sampling
method with a quota sampling technique , which is a technique to determine
samples from the population that have certain characteristics to the amount
(quota). which are desired. The data obtained from the questionnaires distributed
were 110. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the test
results, the results obtained: (1) Coordination, communication, and work ability
simultaneously have effect on employee performance at the Dadi Family General
Hospital in Purwokerto. (2) Coordination partially has a positive and significant
effect on employee performance at the Dadi Family General Hospital in
Purwokerto. (3) Communication partially has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance at the Dadi Family General Hospital in Purwokerto. (4)
Work ability partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
at the Dadi Family General Hospital in Purwokerto.
