This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, profitability, liquidity, and leverage on firm value. This research is a quantitative research with secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial statements. The population used in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling with the acquisition of a sample of 88 observational data. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis test, and statistical hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the variables of profitability and leverage have a positive effect on firm value. While the variables of firm size and liquidity have no effect on stock prices.
