117. Sampling in this study used the Probability Sampling method with purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 110 respondents. Data obtained from respondents with research instruments using a google form questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that work stress, workload, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. However, when partially tested, work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, workload has a positive and insignificant effect, while work discipline has a positive and significant effect.
