Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work discipline, work environment and compensation on the performance of employees of the Industrial Service and Trade in Banyumas Regency. The independent variables in this study are work discipline, work environment and compensation. While the dependent variable is employee performance. The sample in this study was civil servants of the Banyumas Regency Industry and Trade Service of 128. The data collection technique used uses random sampling techniques. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that work discipline, work environment and compensation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. Work discipline partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment and compensation partially do not have a significant effect on employee performance
