Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of work motivation, compensation, work discipline and perceived organizational support on the performance of the employees of the Banyumas Regency Industry and Trade Office. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire of 139 respondents to employees of the Banyumas Regency Industry and Trade Office. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, data analysis test, model fit test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that work motivation, compensation, work discipline and perceived organizational support simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance, compensation partially has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance, perceived organizational support has not significant effect on employee performance.
