This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, knowledge of business financial management, entrepreneurship education, and financial literacy on entrepreneurial intentions. The population used in this study were undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University, Purwokerto, with a population of 2,391. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Samples were taken as many as 101 respondents. Data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R Square), f test (Goodness Of Fit), and t test. The results showed that self-efficacy and entrepreneurship education had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions, while knowledge of business financial management, and financial literacy had no positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions.
