This study aims to determine the effect of organizational
commitment, training, and work discipline towards the performance of
elementary school teachers in Ayah Subdistrict, Kebumen Regency. The
sample of this study was 129 elementary school teachers who were civil
servants in Ayah Subdistrict, Kebumen Regency, using simple random
sampling technique and data obtained directly from respondents using a
questionnaire as the research instrument. Data were analyzed using
descriptive test, data instrument test, classical assumption test, and
multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of
organizational commitment, training, and work discipline had a
simultaneous effect on teacher performance. The results of the partial
analysis test showed that organizational commitment has a positive and
significant effect on teacher performance, work discipline has a positive
and significant effect on teacher performance and work discipline has a
positive and significant effect on teacher performance.
