Conformity is harmony or in other words similarity in opinion, understanding, shape, color, and so on. This study aims to determine whether the location of the Health Center in the City of Mranggen District, Demak Regency is in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Health in the City of Mranggen District, Demak Regency. The study used a survey method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data used are primary data including land use, types and coordinates of the Health Center. and secondary data in the form of population. The technique of collecting data by means of observation. The population consists of 12 health centers. A sample of 12 health centers was taken using a total sampling technique. Data processing uses a frequency table and map overlay. Qualitative descriptive data analysis by matching based on the Minister of Health and Spatial Regulations through the Health Center Conformity Map. The results showed that there was 1 hospital that was unsuitable due to noise and pollution, 3 health centers that were in accordance with the Minister of Health Regulation. 1 Puskesmas that are not suitable because they are in the middle of rice fields and prone to flooding, and 7 clinics, all of which are in accordance with the Minister of Health Regulation.
