Abstract

This research was aimed at finding out the level of teachers’ self-efficacy and to describe the influencing factors of teachers’ self-efficacy. The qualitative method was used in this study. This study's instruments were a questionnaire and an interview. As respondents, seven English teachers took part in this study. The results revealed that the average teachers’ self-efficacy was in the high range. The most prominent dimension was Level/Magnitude because almost all respondents have a positive and optimistic outlook, can overcome obstacles in difficult situations, and have confidence in their ability to take action.
