This study aims to determine the effect of training, work experience, occupational safety, and health (K3) on the performance of employees of PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia of Kedungreja. The sample used in this study was a total of 134 employees of the Production Division using saturated sampling. The analysis used is the F test, t test, t and R2 Adjusted. The results of this study based on the F test stated that training, work experience, occupational safety and health (K3) have significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia of Kedungreja. Based on the t test obtained; (a) training has significant effect on employee performance. (b) work experience has significant effect on employees. (c) occupational safety and health (K3) has significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination R2 Adjusted shows that the magnitude of the effect of training, work experience, occupational safety and health (K3) on employee performance by 39.1% while the remaining 60.9% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
