Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward, organizational culture, and work environment on employee engagement of Sambel Layah Corporation employees. The independent variables in this study were reward, organizational culture, and work environment. While the dependent variable is employee engagement. The population in this study were employees of the Sambel Layah Company, totaling 134 employees. The data collection technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee engagement, rewards have a positive and insignificant effect on employee engagement. While the work environment has no positive and insignificant effect on employee engagement.
