The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and self-efficacy on the performance of employees of the Education Department in Banyumas Regency. This study is a quantitative approach and uses a questionnaire with the number of respondents the number of 110 respondent employees of the Education Departement Banyumas Regency. The sampling technique used is the accidental sampling technique and the Slovin formula. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistics, instrument testing, classical assumption test, data analysis test, model fit test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that work discipline, work motivation, work environment, and self- efficacy simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline partially significant affects employee performance, work motivation partially significant affects employee performance, work environment partially significant affects employee performance, and self-efficacy partially and significantly affect employee performance.
