This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation, supervision, work discipline, and competence on employee performance at the Rural Bank (BPR) Bank Surya Yudha Banjarnegara. The population in the research is employees at the Rural Bank (BPR) Bank Surya Yudha Banjarnegara, totaling 150 employees, and the sampling technique uses a saturated sample. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t-test and f test. The study results shows that compensation, supervision, work discipline, and competence simultaneously positively and significantly affect employee performance. While partially compensation, supervision, and work discipline positively and significantly affect on employee performance. Meanwhile, competence partially has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance.
