This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, job satisfaction, and motivation on employee performance at Depo Pelita Banjarnegara. Respondents in this study were 186 employees. The sampling method in this study used a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis techniques used in this research are instrument test, descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of data analysis show that (1) work environment, job satisfaction, and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. not significant to employee performance (4) motivation partially positive and significant effect on employee performance.
