Abstract
This study aims to determine how the effect of employee engagement, religiosity and reward influences employee performance at Sambel Layah Corp. The population in this study were 150 employees who worked at Sambel Layah Corp. The number of samples as many as 109 respondents using non-probability sampling method. The analysis used are the F test, t test and adjusted R2.
The results of this study based on the F test stated that employee engagement, religiosity and reward simultaneously affect performance employees at Sambel Layah Corp. Based on the t-test obtained; (a) employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (b) religiosity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (c) reward has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test R2 adjusted, it shows the magnitude of the influence of employee engagement, religiosity and reward on employee performance by 60.6% while the remaining 39.4% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
