Abstract

In accordance with the formulation of the problem, this study aims to determine: Teacher's strategy in increasing student motivation in Islamic religious education subjects at Suanrath Vittaya School. Inhibiting and supporting factors in increasing student motivation in Suanrath Vittaya School subjects
The method used in this research is qualitative research and is in the process of collecting data. Researchers used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation for analysis. Researchers used qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely in the form of written or oral information from the observed person or actor. so in this case the author conducted extensive research describing the actual situation.
Research conducted at Suanrath Vittaya School, found that religion teachers at Suanrath Vittaya School mostly used direct strategies as the main strategy, the teacher was the center of learning, but it depended on the situation and condition of the students and adapted the teaching strategy to the situation and lesson. And religious teachers use the lecture method as the main method, but they can adapt the teaching method to suit the lesson and allow students to enjoy the lesson.
