The Indonesian government has issued a policy about distance learning for
Higher Education based on Law number 12 of 2012. E-learning is very much
needed for the continuity of distance learning. Universitas Muhammadiyah
Purwokerto (UMP) also uses e-learning as its learning media to implement online
lectures. Therefore, a software quality test was conducted on e-learning at the
university using McCall's software quality. This test was conducted by focusing on
product operation factors based on McCall's software quality, namely
correctness, efficiency, reliability, integrity, and usability, by distributing online
questionnaires to 380 active UMP students. Based on the tests, the correctness
factor results in 59%, 42% (reliability), 50% (integrity), and 55% (usability),
which are included in the fairly good category. In the efficiency factor, the result
is 22%, categorized into the bad category, so it still needs improvement. The
overall result of the calculation of the e-learning quality is 62% which is included
in the fairly good category. Therefore, in general, e-learning used by Universitas
Muhammadiyah Purwokerto is efficient in helping students implement distance
learning.
