This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation
and work ability on the performance of Village Apparatus Employees, Pandanarum
District, Banjarnegara Regency. The population of this study were all 135
employees using saturated sampling technique. The analysis used is the F test, t test
and adjusted R2.The results of this study based on the F test stated that work
discipline, work motivation and ability simultaneously affect the performance of
Village Apparatus Employees, Pandanarum District, Banjarnegara Regency. Based
on the t test obtained, work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee
performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee
performance, work ability has a significant positive effect on employee
performance. Based on the coefficient test of the determinant R2 adjusted, it shows
the magnitude of the influence of work discipline, work motivation and work ability
on employee performance by 32.9% while the remaining 67.1% is influenced by
variables outside the research model.
