Investors invest in order to earn income (dividend yield) and the difference between the selling price of the stock and the purchase price (capital gain). Investors as shareholders expect to get large dividends, or at least relatively stable from year to year. The problem in this study is whether there is a significant effect of Cash Ratio, ROA, Growth, Firm Size and Debt To Equity Ratio on the Dividend Payout Ratio in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study was obtained from the annual report. The data collection method used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study were 25 companies. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, model fit test and hypothesis testing. The results show that the Cash Ratio has a positive and significant effect, Growth has a negative and significant effect, while Return on Assets and Firm Size have a positive and insignificant effect and the Debt to Equity Ratio has an insignificant negative effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio.
