This study aims to find out how the implementation of the process of recording the disbursement of the Replace Money Supply budget through the Satria Finance application at the Banyumas Regency Transportation Service. The benefit of this research is that if an obstacle is found in its use, it can be reviewed so that it can be accounted for by interested parties. The research design used in this research is field research with a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the process of recording budget disbursements at the Office of The Banyumas Regency Transportation has been running in accordance with the applicable regulations and has been ratified. However, the use of the Satria Finance application is still not perfect and there are few obstacles.
