This study plans the budget and time schedule for constructing the K lecture
building on the central campus of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto.
There are five floors with a building area of 6980 m2 covering preparatory,
structural, and architectural works. The budget estimate plan is a calculation of
the volume of work, the materials used, and the work to be carried out in the
construction that will be carried out according to the plan, the time schedule in
the project, namely the time needed to complete each work to be carried out with
starting and finishing times which has been specified. The budget planning uses
the analysis of the Minister of Public Works for Human Settlements in 2016. It
uses the price of materials and wages of workers from the Department of Public
Housing and Banyumas Settlement Areas in 2021. To get the budget plan and
time schedule assisted by Ms. Excel 2013. From the analysis, it was obtained a
budget plan of IDR. 20,739,684,00,00. (Twenty billion seven hundred thirty-nine
million six hundred eighty-four thousand rupiah) with the largest allocation of
costs for concrete works. A time schedule that has been planned for the
construction of K building for 150 working calendar days or 20 weeks starting
from January to May.
