Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, and work motivation on job satisfaction of Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang employees. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 100 employees of Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang, The sampling in this study was using the non- probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique, namely the sample which, when added to the number, would not increase the representation so that it would not affect the value of the information that has been obtained. The data obtained from distributing questionnaires were 100. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the test results, the results obtained are: (1) Compensation, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously affect job satisfaction for employees of Laksana Baru Supermarket Majenang. (2) Compensation partially has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction of Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang employees. (3) Work discipline partially has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction of Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang employees. (4) Work motivation partially has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction of Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang employees.
